amplifier harman kardon

Hi,

First of all I would like to apologize for my poor English (I'm from Belgium).
A few weeks ago I went to my Landrover dealer to fix my radio. He didn't play anymore. The problem was that there had came water into the box in the back of the car. Because of that, the amplifier was broken. I found out that the amplifier is a Harman Kardon. Don't ask me what type it is. The man from the garage promised me to look out for an second hand amplifier. Now I received the payment, and the amplifier (without the work) costs 250€ (+/- 168 pond). To me it looks expensive! Is it or am I wrong?

Harman Kardon are one of the best amps and sound systems.

Dont know exactly what they retail for? but any good amp will be around that price.

What do you mean: is that around the price for a new one or for an 2nd hands?

£168 is a good price 2nd hand, try to get him to fit it for that too.

German cars and volvo have H&K sound systems
