Would run a mile with the one above , from latest MOT history

Engine MIL inoperative or indicates a malfunction (8.2.1.2 (h)),
Offside Rear Outer Seat belt anchorage prescribed area strength or continuity significantly reduced sill (7.1.1 (a) (i)),
Offside Rear Inner Seat belt anchorage prescribed area strength or continuity significantly reduced sill (7.1.1 (a) (i)),
Nearside Rear Brake pipe excessively corroded (1.1.11 (c)),
Offside Rear Brake pipe excessively corroded (1.1.11 (c)),

Am seriously considering a V8 for my next landy ,

Gary..

The bottom HSE looks ok on the face of it..

She has had corrosion issues though had it "repaired" for this MOT!

But as we both know the quality of the repair might be "just good enough" but not brill.

The V8 SE however looks good and the MOT history checks out!

Hmm.

The SE i'd look at.. ;)

Many thks, just seen that

Have u noticed they both start with BF05 , run a mile time , lol

At least I know next time what to look for in more detail , plus having the gap iid in hand to plug in , would make the seller wince like it did last time I plugged a scanner in

Only thing is I don’t know about the V8s, might have to bribe u to come and have a look with me for the test drive , perlease , lol

Yes , smell a rat time for them numbers to be like that , lol

Indeed as at least this time I’ll take a pen and pad with me and walk round the motor , seeing I’ve virtually torn one of these apart should know more than the dealer

Great bargain tools to have a scanner in hand , plus if anyone of them refused I would just walk away , also pulling up the mot history in front of them

Decent V8s, low mileage should be around £8-9k

Yep best to go fully loaded so to speak, shows them you're gonna get down and dirty! ;)

Most hover around that price for now ;)

More than likely buy another base model , as electrics seats , front grill or anything else can easily swap over and save on ins , unless I get an SE, think that comes with electric seats , but would worry about that when I’m ready

Mine is group 33 , V8 is group 41 , but go up the more toys u have

Would really like one that has LPG fitted , or I might even be tempted with a FFRR V8 4.4

It would only be between the D3 or FFRR , wouldn’t consider anything else now

In all honesty I prefer the D3 for comfort. ;)

The SE is plenty and you can add stuff etc the one I drove was a 2.7 SE and it had leccy leffer ;)
