I can only go by my experience of Captain Tollys, and that is it doesn't work on leaking Disco roofs.
And I am quite prepared to accept that as I am sure you are correct but, seeing as I have already got this product, I thought I would just give it a go first.

Ours is Nov 1998 build date and not a sign of a leak, but if yours are definitely leaking, best thing is to take them out and refit with new sealant. It's all detained in RAVE.

Oh that I had the skill! What I am good at is handing over my piece of plastic to someone who claims he ( usually) can!! It doesn't always work though!!!!!!!

Yep, can't argue with that reasoning. The problem I see with it is, it sets quite hard. The roof is constantly flexing in corners and "blowing" when doors are slammed. All the roof sealants have to be able to cope with these. Look to it as a very short term fix only.

I have in the past stopped a sunroof leak by running a bead of Tiger Seal around the roof to sunroof flange and then forcing the sealant under it with a wet finger  Can be messy but it worked. There is also a deep enough area around the Alpines to fill with Sealant as well before they start leaking.

Not quite sure how to word this so I'll just say, I think it depends on how wide your crack is.

I used Sikaflex on the sunroof but Tolley's seems to have done the job on my A pillars. Tolley's is quite a thin liquid and is designed to seep into cracks rather than gaps.
