Hi
I have searched this question, but get loads of hits on tyre sizes etc
What I would like to know is :- are all Land rover i.e. disco, landy etc wheel bolts/nuts the same circumference i.e. can Disco 2 alloys fit a 1993 defender? can 2008 defender alloys fit a 1993 defender etc? thinking of changing my standard steel rims
thanks

do you have a disk or drum rear axle?

all defender wheels have the same PCD as do the disco 1 and RRC. Disco2 wheels wont fit as the PCD is smaller along with newer RR like the P38 and on.

if you have a drum rear axle some alloys wont fit, it will be trial and error... or so i have heard.

It stands for pitch circle diameter and relates to the position of the wheel nuts, if wheels have the same PCD they should fit as long as other things are the same such as the spacing of the wheel, size of the nut holes, centre hub mount etc.

I think Disco wheels will need to be spaced out on the rear axle of a Defender with drum brakes.

Apart from the points raised above Disco & RR wheels aren't weight rated for a 110 and nor are Freestyle's.

With a drum-braked 110 the easiest & best solution is to fit Boost or Deepdish with spacers. They are correctly rated, there will be no fitting issues, the centre-cap will fit and you will improve your turning circle. Otherwise choose an aftermarket alloy like the ZU which fits both drum & disc-braked axles and is rated for a 110.

ar yes, rating, forgot about that sorry.

so now you have less options being a 110, but to be honest the boosts are a lovely alloy :)
