All terrain problem following full lock to right

The car drives fine until a full lock to the right is made. The orange warning then flashes with the all terrain error message. Along with this is a slight short vibration when I accelerate. Restart the car and all is fine until another full lock.

The car drives perfectly otherwise.
 
It needs to go on a diagnostic device, as it could be a multitude of issues. I suspect it's wheel sensor at fault, but without a diag, it's impossible to say.
