Alf the 110

I've not had a Defender for a while, so we decided it was time to return to the fold.
Here's Alf, he's a 1989 110 Pickup which we've bought from a local garden centre. He's not too much of a mess, and comes with a 200tdi fitted.

Nice straight 110, looks pretty clean and original!
Shame somebody has stuck the defender badge on it, you can probably get the right one easy enough.

Someone has tried to modernise it a bit at some point, what with that, and the bumper with plastic end caps

Yes, I noticed the bumper, But there is a lot of good stuff on that, nice truck cab, tub, mirrors, doesnt seem to have to much bubbling on the alloy.
Few little bits, maybe some tyres with a bit more tread, that will be really nice! Not too many good nick and unmolested ones of those around now.

I've got a few bits on order for it. New headlining as the old one rests on top of my head, and a canvas cover for the back

Canvas tilt would be a proper job on that!

Any thoughts about what you want to do to it?

I'm not really one for modding anymore, so mainly keep it standard.
Ordered a few more bits today. LED light set, and some new sidesteps.

Done a few bits today. New front grill, new side steps, and best of all a new roof

Looks a tidy motor to me.
