alarm

Hi. could anybody shed some light on why my alarms started going off when I switch engine off and remove the keys. Any ideas much appreciated. Thanks KJ

Are you accidently hitting the lock button on the fob as you remove the key or climb out, I have done that a few times, but it usually only beeps the horn twice because door is open. (Normal behaviour if you try to lock car with door open) try changing the fob battery and see if it still happens, the alarm may not be getting reset, I have noticed when my fob battery gets low the indicators do not flash when I unlock the landy but do when locking, all worked ok after changing fob battery.
