Hello! I noticed that after more than 12 hours of downtime (Disco 2 2000 Td5), I can’t open the car with the key fob. But if I insert the key into the door lock and turn it even to close, then the key fob will work. The previous owner does not have an original immobilizer installed on the car. Maybe there is a problem in it? But why does it work after 10 hours of inactivity, and after 12 hours does not work? Any thoughts? Thank you in advance for your help.

Извините, я не правильно написал. Иммобилайзер устанавливается дополнительно. Не лендровер.
Sorry my scary english

Hi. Don't bother with that just keep ''waking" up the BCU with the key when it happens unless you want to install a newer one... the problem is the same for all markets just that the fob frequencies are different and the lenght of time untill it "goes to sleep" can differ from one case to another, see attachment

Спасибо за подробный ответ. В нашем климате с зимними морозами до -30 C, поворот ключа утром может стать проблемой. Но я не боюсь трудностей. Иначе я бы не ездил на Ленд Ровере)

Thanks for the detailed answer. In our climate with winter frosts down to -30 C, turning the key in the morning can be a problem. But I am not afraid of difficulties. Otherwise, I would not ride a Land Rover)
