Alarm issue

Hi all wondering if anybody has had this problem with there Range Rover 2012 Westminster. When I lock the car after a short period of time the alarm sounds and the date and time reset. Then when I unlock the car the same thing happens the alarm sounds briefly and the date and time reset. Any clues as to what it could be. I've checked all the fuses and replaced the battery. It's a little annoying as it's always midday and 2009 when I go out in it.

Take a look at the forum there there are a couple of threads regarding drain and parasite issues. Hopefully you can use these to diagnose the problem.
Any wet areas in the boot?

No wet areas in the boot key fob battery replaced all fuses checked in glove box under bonnet and boot all ok. I'm at a loss.
