alarm Chirping when starting

Hi all, just seeing if anyone knows why my P38 has started chirping the alarm sounder when i start it? it starts as normal and there are no messages showing on the dashboard screen.

cant see anything in the manuals that suggests a reason so assuming its a fault?

any ideas?

only 200 miles away....check for bad earths, is the carpet wet under the drivers foot area? sounds like damp moist problems causing a bad earth.

Also worth checking the battery voltage, low volts on a P38 can cause all manner of strange problems.

thanks, that fits - was fine today after a night in the barn but when it started to do it yesterday it had been started alot after a few short runs so will get the battery checked.
