I'm having some strange issues trying to install the aircon unit I have. Background is, I purchased a 300tdi engine together with its entire wiring loom and it's aircon unit (under dash type) so everything is from the original donor vehicle. The loom truns out to be a ROW 300tdi loom with integrated aircon loom (basically td5 bulkhead loom with 300tdi engine loom). So I thought it be pretty simple to instal, which to be fair it pretty much has. BUT I have come to attach the aircon facia under the dash and plugged the 7way brown aircon harness into the brown 7 way socket by the fuses only to find another 3 way white socket from the facia with nowhere to plug it into on the bulkhead loom?
Below you can see I have connected the brown 7 way but no idea what goes in the white 3 way?
I have looked in nearly every forum going but unable to see what goes in there.
Apparently it was a factory fitted unit as it came off a Saudi exported 300tdi hence the aircon and ROW loom and it being a 2001 300tdi.
