I pick up my2000 td5 on Saturday
I live on the Isle of Wight
I don't want to get home then realise there's things that can't be done over here.
Should I get the Sus pumped up whilst picking it up to be sure or purchase springs from somewhere?
The ferry is £50 day return so If I can do things in one hit I will
Thanks

Hi, if its not broke don't fix it ..... Air suspension should be ok test it by pumping it up from switch inside ( engine running doors shut) but people do reccomend and replace with springs if there is a problem . In the two discos I've owned I never had a problem ....

:welcome:
a newbee with a helpful first post???

Is this signs of change for 2013

Ok thanks
What model land rover would I get the springs from? Should I need to

disco td5 would be a good start, try paddock spares, have a look in the magazines most of the main advertisers do conversion kits and surprisingly will also post to your door,

Does the old boy just down from snows on forest road do work on TD5's or does he just stick to the older stuff?

If you want to convert a TD5 disco to coils just make sure it's not a 7 seater and don't forget to get the vehicle plugged into a diagnostic pooter to tell it it's on coils.

I'm back over on the island in march if ya need it plugging into a nanocom.

There is a man next to snows forgot his name but he told me about what to look out for which made go for a disco 2.
I just like to get more then one opinion
Cheers for the help il see how it goes for now
