Great when it works!!
All, l have a late 95 P38 4.6 whre the air suspension has thrown a right wobler!!! I had a trye blow out on the rear off side, the tyre was completely knackered it was just getting dark and i was on an A road in a particuarlly bad un lit strect so i decided to 'limp' out of the way.
l drove perhaps 700-800 yards to a small side road out the way at no more than 5mph - the air system was all ok but whilst limping to safety the air suspension swithch on the dash lit up (all lights on solid not flashing) and the EAS light appeared on the dash dispaly.
I changed the wheel (no key in the ignition) but the system has not re-set. To make it worse i went to my garage who has Land Rover diagnostic kit but they could not communicate to the air system. A wire has come lose from the diagnostic socket -we have put it back where we think it should go but we still can not talk to the air suspension.
Does anyone have a wiring diagaram for the diagnostic socket so we can see which wire(s) belong to the air EAS module?
As it is driving like a chuffin skateboard and makes my arse ache this is causing me ral grief!!
any ideas???:boom:
