Air Suspension lowering fob

Hi,
bought a TD5 ES about a month ago, reading through the manual it says you need a fob to remotely lower the back end.
2 questions
1) Was the fob supplied or was it an option?
2) Can you lower the back end manually or must it be done with the fob?

Roughly how much is a fob to buy, I presume it will need programming by a dealer?

1. Its just optional
2. U can lower the back just by fob or tester......though if u want to lower it without these u can do an improvisation.....it involves a wiring with a switch between +12v and the exhaust valve.
