Have a good weekend and happy motoring, I will let you know if I find the cause. Just written a long letter to TATA with some suggestions for better support for car owners, loyalty schemes and discounts etc. probably wont get a response but who knows. 2 other points I have remembered, since my steering sensor change when i start the car it says select neutral, its in park.
then when i select drive and move forward its displays slow down. I will check the site tomorrow thanks again

On the very rare occasions the suspension goes wonky you can also get a max speed 30mph warning

this is one of them times when error codes will give us a better clue
