Air in cooling system juddering losses of power in fears 1-3

Hi all.
So my freelander 1.8 k series 02 reg has air in coolant system.
Ive followed bleeding procedure 4 times now.
It will be fine for days then lose some coolant.
I top up and bleed hey presto air bubbles then all ok again.
No pipes leaking.
No drips from pump or stat housing.
No wet footwell carpet.
No mayonnaise in oil cap or expansion tank. No white smoke.
Ive flushed system put in a sealer.
Then re bled but again im back in the cycle
Last few days as im getting to the top end of 1st 2nd and 3rd gear its started to slightly judder and lose power for a split second then power on again.

You need to get the sealer out asap as that is death to a K series engine.

Continued coolant loss with constant need to bleed could well be a failing HG.

Id taken the step of re flushing id used the steel seal stuff but it didnt seem to have changed anything.
Apart from this now intermittent power loss.
Also wen i bleed air out it stops.
But i get a whooshing water noise wen i cold start engine from heater area for about 5 secs then its fine.
Running temp fine.
