I had a previous post about hooking up my snorkel to my air filter. I went an ordered hose online, but its no use.

I'm trying o replace pipe 6 and 7, without needing part 10 (all expensive!). Filter is 76mm OD, but the side vent pipe is 62mm(?) OD.

I ordered this hoping it would work;

It was folder flat which wasn't a good start. I cant use it round corners as it just folds. And as I thought, the 76mm is too big to fit on the 62mm side (even clamping down as i'd hoped).

So any suggestions for what to use? I guess a 90 degree 62mm to 76mm reducer would be good!

This is the only solution I can find...

I'll follow this as I have the same dilemma. I think I'm going to use agricultural suction hose. Why do you want to eliminate part 10?

You just need to buy a 90 elbow joint @ 76mm and an in-line reducer for the 62mm hose, don’t you?
There are some good flexible hoses available, a popular brand is ‘Vulcoflex’, worth the extra few quid if you’ve got some bends to negotiate.
