Air Con Blowing Hot!

Hello, I am hoping some one can give me a lttle advice here! After working on several parts of my air con on my p38. I now have a gassed system, a compressor that works and one pipe that is hot to touch and another that is lovely and icy cold. The problem is now inside the car, what comes out of the vents seems to be icy cold for 5 minutes (if that) then blows out hot hot air, when I check under the bonnet all seems to still be working and one hot and one icy cild pipe. If I set the Hevac to LO cool air comes out bt not cold cold air, turn it back to 16 AUTO and its hot hot hot!!!! any ideas???

air con ..... pftt .. puff . drive like a man and smell like a man thats what i say ....

Mine does the opposite. Blows ice cold and hot air is missing. Freezing my but off and nobody can help me in RSA. I just switch everything off if I'm cold and go to Auto if hot.

I know nothing...........For air con to run in auto mode it has to measure the cabin tempratue this will be done with an air sensor, check wirring to it and all plugs etc.
