Air con belt

The reason I ask is I am still getting the squealing noise from the front, I just changed the STC4168 - DRIVE BELT TENSIONER and the bracket was seized up quite a lot, took that apart and sorted it out... now bouncing up and down like it should taking up the slack, still getting the noise though

On mine there's a separate belt for the aircon. They're different sizes though so probably best to get it measured if the marking have worn off. IIRC you have to have the fan-cowl off to get it off. There's a plastic cover on the tensioner front that prises off, an allen bolt inside to slacken and then just rotate it slightly with your hand and the belt comes loose.

Serpantine does the power steering and everything else apart from aircon. There is another idler pully I think.

Thought you asked about the idler pulley did you change that?
