air bag sensors

got myself a 2000 td5 165 thou on clock would like to waxoyl it ie remove bumpers and interior panels but was worried about setting air bags off if anybody could give me some guidance on this or what to mix with waxoyl to make it flow better or better protection properties i would be most grateful cheers mick

disconnecting the battery and waiting 10-20mins should deactivate the air bags, but have your radio code if yer gonna do this.

Waxoil... you can stick the whole can in some hot water for half an hour or so to warm it up and thin it, or you can mix waxoil with white spirit, or both!
