Evening all

I jumped in me car earlier and slipped whilst holding the steering wheel (it was ****ing down and luckily enough no1 was watching) :) i jolted the steering wheel forward and since then the airbag fault has been on the dash and won't go off  have I broken something? Or do I just pop it to garage and get them to have a look?

Your issue is probably with the rotary coupler behind the steering wheel. Do all of the other buttons on the wheel still work?
If you've got a newer car with a bag in the seat the connector under the seat is another possibility, if you also landed rather heavily in the seat?
Air bag wiring is bright yellow and be extra careful when playing with it. You should disconnect the battery then go and have a leisurely cuppa before investigating. If you're not confident get a pro (and their insurance) to do the work.

yeah all the buttons work fine on the steering wheel. i didnt land on the seat i slipped on the side step and basically grabbed the steering wheel. it was all abit weird to be honest! haha i will probably run it round to the garage and get them to have a butchers :D
