Ahh damn Rover alarm, it's gone bonkers

For some reason over night it arms itself and won't unlock with the keycode until I have disonnected the battery waited 30 minutes and then input the code. If I put the code in before I have disconnected the battery it just flashes at me 3 times??

I there anyway to disconnect the alarm cause I get the feeling it's fubared
