Hi

I am buying a 2004 Landrover Freelander 2.0TD Diesel HSE Automatic next week. Last MOT no advisory. I am told of head gasket replacement and cam belt at 70k miles this car has 113k miles but do not know if both replaced should I be concerned ?

Welcome to lz. Tony! :)

Try a search in the Freelander section, if no joy, try posting a fred in Freelander section about your concerns, they will know all about it, I think! ;):)

The normal intervals for cambelt should be covered in a manual. Headgasket, I would consider that a short working life, but I dont know Freelanders.
