advice please on rear wheel cover sizes

can anybody give me some advice on spare wheel covers please, my defender 200tdi has what i can only summise is a very odd sized spare 225/75 r16, i have trawled the interweb and cannot find a cover this size, i was after a stainless steel with black insert, before i go to the expense of buying another tyre i was wondering if anybody has any other suggestions
