Advice Please on MODS!!

Every few weeks I see someone has had a mod I'm not aware of, Like the air con fans one I just read about, can you guys tell me of other useful mods? its just interesting reading and shows how much things can be improved from the original spec (and ingenuity) :D
 
**** this IS good stuff, I'm cutting and pasting this **** for future reference... I mean I dont wana start going round and kissing people with bad breath!!
