Wouldn´t those be too soft for this particular application? Would the engineer know where to reconnect the pipes, since the system has been removed?

I´m very new to the complexities of Land Rovers. It´s my first one and it´s a love-hate relationship. Reminds me when I drove Alfa Romeos!

Yep, my guess was also dirt somewhere in the system. The previous owner told me that he took the car to some garage and even though the light was on, they couldn´t find anything wrong and so he just drove it with the light on
