accelerator cable

will a 200tdi accelerator cable fit a 300tdi

FFS. YOU AINT BROKEN IT AGAIN!!!!!!!

check BOTH ends are the same fittings as your current cable. If they are the same and the cable is at least the same length as your current one then yes. As long as it is too long it can be overcome. If it is too short then you may have problems getting it to reach. If the sheath is too long compared to your current cable, but the cable is the right length you can always trim the sheath back.

If you need a quicky temp bodge job. Get a rear brake cable from a bike and slide it into your original sheath. Use the nipple on the engine end and then tie a nut, use an electrical chocolate block connector etc etc on the pedal end to get you out the deep stuff until you can get a propper cable.

yes broken it again....... been loking on fleabay and could only find a cable for a 200tdi.It has the same end fixings but cant judge the length !

300 TDI ACCELERATOR CABLE

Check Mircocat and see if the part numbers the same 200/300???

PS. Oil the Fookin Cable......:behindsofa:

took the cable out and let it soak in diesel all night.That did the trick !
