Open sun roof a pour a small amount of water into each of the front drain holes. Wait a few minutes and see if water drips out of both drain exits. If it does, all is okay, if not you have a blockage or dislocated pipe.

Before anything will come out they have to be connected to the base of the heater in the first place. Some d***head had been into mine to do the blend motors and left lots of heater ducting and the drains disconnected. Fasteners missing. So i took the dash out and the heater unit to free it off then reconnected everything. The heater works properly now for the first time since i bought the car. Never underestimate the stupidity of those who have gone before.
