ABS,TC,Hill assist warning lights are keep illuminating
Checked abs sensors
Checked break light switch
I have freelander 2000
Diesel
How did you check the sensors?
Did you actually replace the brake switch?
Have you tried a diagnostic that can access the ABS ECU?

Other usual suspects:
1. Brake fluid level
2. Brake shoes (rear obvs)
3. Brake pads (front obvs)
4. ABS ECU
5. ABS Pump (least likely)

Both times I've had the 3 Amigos.... it has been..... the pump :D

Unless the OP really does like self inflicted misery, the first thing to do, as you say, is to have the diagnostic codes read as it will say why the lights are lit.

Take the car to a (indie) LR workshop and pay the small fee - then fix at home.

Or pay a ton for a code reader.
