Hi all,
re-posted as original post got a bit cluttered regarding leaking roof http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f8/abs-tc-diff-lock-all-amber-after-changing-lightbulb-262398.html
Came back from MOT, thankfully it passed! However, the amber lights came on right after I left the MOT centre
Car is a 2003 D2 TD5 manual LHD
Recap from previous thread: changed lightbulb and lights came on soon after. Fuel flap would't open either. Bigeeee advised to check fuses, which I did and lights came off (even though no fuse was blown). The lights are back on, checked the filler flap fuse and is ok. No evidence of water getting into the car other than roof lining and few drips on passenger footwell.
However, I have thought about what could have caused this problem and...yesterday I had my car's chassis VIN re-stamped so was wondering whether they could have dislodged something?

The electric plug by the rear wheel is quite loose and when I unjoined it a bit of muck and dry mud came out...is this likely to be the culprit? What should I do?
Thanks in advance.
