the abs has gone into fault mode with abs fault and traction failure on dash. just in time for the mot on jan 12th :mad:. nanocom says left hand rear sensor open circuit. does that mean a broken wire or sensor is duff. any help appreciated guys.
 
It means there is no circuit through sensor. Check the plug terminals are clean first off. Check sensor for continuity, if you have it and terminals are clean it is something beyond that.
 
problem update . found the wire from the nsr sensor had been damaged and one of the twin cores had become broken. a bit of solder and shrink wrap later, cleared the fault with my nanocom and away we go. phew mot next saturday. so spot on wammers thanks.
