ABS ECU, Sensor or whole hub assembly?

Hi,

I have the usual 3 amigos problem (still) on my 2001 V6.
I got my local garage to change the sensor but the problem didn't go away.
The original sensor was rubbing on the ABS ring, which probably also needs changing although they apparently come with the drive-shaft assembly or something (I have no idea what I'm talking about, obviously).

Would I be better off just getting the whole assembly from a breakers?
At least then that would cover ECU, ABS ring and sensor (in case the one I had fitted was duff)

Does anyone have any part numbers that could help? Everyone asks for them and I don't know a brake pad from a wombat. Are there different ones?

new sensors are pushed in as far as they will go so its vital ring and wheel bearing ,cv are in good order

It makes sense to me that the wheel bearing is knackered, as it showed faulty even after the new sensor was fitted.
You wouldn't have a link to the bearing / CV I suppose?
