Hello. RR p38 2,5 year 2000
Abs and TC lamp, and some times handbrake light is on. Code reader says: inlet valve open circuit rear right and rear left. Changed both sensors... any sugestions? I checked the resistance on sensors. Both sensors on front axel has around 945ohm both rear axel has around 1100ohm.

The Handbrake light illuminated doubles up as a fluid level warning light, check the level.
Also worth noting the Accumulator sphere often fail and the Nitrogen charge disappears and it loses pressure, you'll note the fluid level at minimum or below if this is the case as the fluid takes up the space where the nitrogen used to be in the sphere.

Check for leaks though around the system first OBVS.

The wheel speed sensors are another, check them and the associated reluctor rings.

Fluid level is Max. No leaks. Is it possible the fault can be the ABS ECU? Opened it up and looks like it had some water in it...

Accumulator or ABS pump? Brake fluid should be above max and drop to max on start up. Low brake fluid will cause problems I believe. May need bleeding, if so follow Rave to the letter

Correct. Switch on and run engine only top up to MAX when ABS pump has stopped running. After standing a while level should be well above max and drop to max when pump has stopped.
