Abandoned Vehicle In Southport (A.V.I.S.)

A Land Rover in Mosley Street, Birkdale, Southport.

Sefton Council have stuck a removal notice on it (Thursday 16 March 2017).

The vehicle photographed has no MOT and hold no valid road tax.
