Of all the vehicles I've had from a renault megane, series 3 land rovers, classic minis, an MGB, and a ford fiesta I can honestly say that the discovery was the easiest to park. The power steering, and superb visibility, (and the high up driving position), lend them self very well to parking. Modern cars, with slits for back windows, and triangular side windows, are a nightmare to park.
Mind you, women are different breed so...

lower the insurance down to 1000 miles a year will cost you hardly anything on insurance and use it for playing and towing and get yourself a banger for the winter
