We have the hst, but i feel it is best to go for the HSE. both with heated screen.

The GS I had (in my previous working life!!!) had the cold climate pack as an option, which includes the heated front screen.
Obviously get the HSE if your budget allows, but the SE had quite a few toys as std.

we currently have a freelander 1 on a 52 plate but are looking to upgrade to a freelander 2 probably around a 57 plate as we only have 13000 grand budget but would really like the heated front screen.
I just wondered if it was only the HSE model that came with it.
