Gents,
It's taken me ages to both get my head around and actually attempt fixing the-voltage-leak-across-the-tell tale-bulb-when-using-led-indicators problem.
I did it though thanks to this forum!
In case anyone else has problems, oddly enough, the most succinct explanation was on a motorbike page,
http://matchlessclueless.com/product-info/installation-guides/led-indicator-diode-installation/
so there you go. Indicators that work correctly! Yeaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh
ive learnt something thank you

hows that work ?an earth to hand brake lever bracket bolt shouldnt be an issue
No I earthed the tell tale for the indicator the the closest one I could find, in my case the handbrake light, which as you know better than I do, only comes on when said handbrake is engaged, so Cowasaki has advised making an earth point which I can easily do and use it for multiple items.
On another note I went landing earlier, properly for the first time in my 110, is the dash brake light supposed to come on when low ratio diff is engaged going down hill?

ah i see ,no only the diff lock light if in diff lock, check diff lock switch earth wire , oner wire is live feed from light the other goes to earth, you can fit another from a bolt on t/box etc straight to the switch, though could be low level in brake res

Ah low level I reckon as I was on a rally steep hill, went off when I took it out of diff lock on the flat.
