a few niggles i need help with please

hi there im new to freelanders and just have a few question, what size tyres are best to go for? currently have 215/65/16 on but they need changing.how do i change the pollen filter and will this make the heater blow any better?? and the window on rear drivers door has stopped working any ideas what it could be? by the way i have a 51 plate td4
