Prop was mentioned at a previous MOT, but it has been holding up OK. But on the motorway the car seemed a tiny bit louder, just a bit of a thrum.

Is that likely to be time to swap prop?

I have one in my garage and if I didn't a place 2 or 3 miles away would.

If I was silly I could do the following commute.

Drive north a couple of miles - large LR specialist
Go a bit more north to pick up west east road - LR main dealer
On this road - small LR sales place
Turn off north and head towards work - LR servicing and rebuild place
Couple miles further on - work
