Im mid rebuild of my 90, it had a wiring fire a few months ago so i decided a new loom from auto sparks was necessary, so i purchased an original land rover spec one for £160 and attempted to fit it. The current problems i have is that:
1. Ive no idea where the fuel tank connector is supposed to connect to, does it go into the engine bay or into the bulkhead?
2. The oil warning light stays on whatever the ignition does.
3. Its come with a blade fuse board, mine was a glass tube board, can anyone help me with what fuse goes where?
4. There is a 3 pin connector comming from the chassis loom that doesnt seem to go any where.
5. Its got a 200tdi in it but the engine loom is correct for it.
6. There are a lot more relays in this loom than there were in mine.
On the plus side, i have wired up the ignition correctly, and the engine, i belive. and the lights sort of work....
If anyone can help with any of these it would help me greatly.
