90 Wanted

Looking for 90 but not more than £5K

Not my daily drive so it doesn't have to be in top showroom condition and I dont mind a bit of work .

Would prefer a hard top but would consider a pick up.

Located in South Oxfordshire.

Ideally 52 plate onwards, sub 100K and Hard top so anyone selling???

Why not buy a project and use rest of money to build your dream landy? On gumtree in Scotland or maybe eBay UK is x2 landy 90's one is a 1988 with winch and 2.8tdi in blue and other is red with a genuine defender 200tdi lump but is another 1988 1750 each open to offers too

Been down the project route and as much as I would like to do one I just dont have the spare time.

got a 1992 k reg defender in arles blue coming up for sale, standard, not messed with(van back model),even got original white farmer wheels (lol) 200tdi, starts on the button, drives well, just serviced it, had a new cross member a couple of years ago, bulkhead tidy, chassis has had various work, seats seen better days, but its going to be up at 2895, oh and mot till march 2015.... any good?

The 200 and 300 tdi are the best engines you must be mad to turn down defenderfatboys 90, may I just suggest in future before asking for help you tell us what it is you want, exactly that way we don't hunt around trying to find bargains for you.

Forgive me I thought this was quite a clear description.

I've had too many to drink sorry mate must have forgotten I'd even read the description sorry mate forgive me? Gumtree have you tried?

And what makes you think 7.5k won't get you a crate
I've seen some 5 year old rot box,s ..... don't take age or milage as a guarantee it's any good
It all depends how well they've been looked after my 22year old 90s never seen a welder it's been treated inside and out with Dinitrol every other year
200tdi engine with full service history 190k but runs like new
It's in a lot better condition than some 7k TD5s I've seen, all that glitters is not gold find one that's in the best condition regardless of age,price or bling
