hi, am thinkin about making my 90 into a 100" trayback. ino how ill do it, my question is who am i going to hav to inform about the changes made to the vehicle etc etc. cheers

buy an old rangerover much easier already 100inch most are a 100inch jobbies cos they cant afford or justify spending on a 90. Lots of effort for just 7.1 inches wouldnt bother myself but if you really want to go for it.

The whole 100 inch thing is irrelevant and has been since 1983. The point of it was to build a "proper" landy with coil springs. The easiest way to achieve this was to put the landy bodywork on a RR chassis which happened to be a 100 inch wheelbase. Why bother now? Just get a 90 or a 110!

got a 90 at the moment. want to tray back it but dont like the proportion of a 90 traybak and a 110 is to long for what i want and i cant afford anuva vehicle.

You will hit SVA trouble either way.

If you go and tray back the 90 then fabricate new rear chassis rails and move spring mounts back and lengthen radius arms. You will get your 100 inch wheel base and the potential for move rear axle travel.

Check out the Gigglepin rear arms for the general idea.

This is pretty much what I was driving at.
