Had a go at the screen tonight, the snorkel is definitely not pulling on it, the screen will flex a little backward but then it hits the doors, it makes very little difference to the roof problem.
Has that ever had a new rear cross member put on it? If you lift the roof from the back will it sit correctly on the windscreen frame at the front? Because either your windscreen frame is too high or your tub is too low. Have you tried giving it a good thump above the screen to try and help locate the roof?
It did have a rear cross member about 10 years ago, i presume you are thinking that the tub may have gone out of true, I still believe the problem is at the front, if you run a straight edge from the "indent" in the "A" pillar to the rear it shows that the side panels are in the right place, similarly, if you run a straight edge along the roof gutter that is straight too.
It is sitting to high on the windscreen surround but that is metal to metal so no amount of thumping is going to convince it to sit lower, except maybe an industrial press !!!

Then you need to loosen everything and adjust the fit to make the screen lower. Bulkhead forward will mean the screen has to tip back a bit and make it lower.

without the roof fitted, are the doors gaps equal and parallel and in a line with the side panels across the top?

Been here before, time to get out the tape and measure the door gap.
I don't see that it would be possible to lower the screen as it sits on the top of the bulkhead unless you tilt the bulkhead back somehow
All parallel except that the door has dropped on the hinges a bit, if you lift the door then it all pretty much lines up
I'm encouraged by the "been here before" comment !!, ill take some measurements tomorrow
I would love someone local to come round and make me look like a idiot by spotting the problem !!, I just cannot see that it's anything other than the roof is different, it just does not sit down far enough for everything else to line up !

If you take a straight edge and put it on the screen down from the top just under the gutter to the point the bulkhead bends to go down to the wing the straight edge should lie flat. Screen to bulkhead seal may be in the way some.
Just measured the door gap, lower measurement is 883mm, you gave yours last week as 808 "cm" ( presumably 808mm or maybe 88cm ?) but, i cant be 75mm odd wider so im guessing yours is the 88cm ?, the top gap, measured from the indent in the "A" pillar is 660mm, im starting to think i ought to just try bolting it all down as best i can and see if the gaps close up enough, it didnt move much when i ratchet stropped it down but perhaps a push back on the screen and a pull up on the sides may add up to something ?

Sorry for confusion on cm's I should have stayed imperial. Either way door gap should be the same at bottom and top hinge level. Just measured mine 34 3/4 inches tub edge to pillar edge past the seal .Going by the pic's do not think you are far out. We did a mates 110 last year and it did take some jiggling to get there with all fixings loose untilll it sat down.
Straight edge applied and it's pretty straight, if anything the screen leans back a little
