Hi, in the back there are no bench seats , just the raised sides where i can bolt the beach seats , how does the law stand on carrying people in the back "as is" or am i buying bench seats & seat belts ? i know saftey is another issue but im curious as to how the law stands

You need to buy the seats but don't need to buy the seatbelts
 
cos its in the mot testers handbook, used to test a lot of crewbuses and 90's and 110's so non with inward facing seats needed checking and even a 90 county is only classed as having 2 seats(if centre seat is fitted in front)
