90 rear cross member

Evening, just bought my son his first car, pretty straight 90 200 tdi. Only thing letting it down is the rear cross member, has been patched twice but looks like it was done by a small child with poor eyesight and an unsteady hand,
Have just bought a galvanised one and looking for someone local to Gloucester to fit, anybody interested? And how much please,
Will provide coffee/tea and maybe even a Sarnie.

Can you not replace it yourself? i mean the cross member. Get a new one off paddock with short extensions for 150 quid, also:

Do what i did, get someone to do it for you! there are mobile mechanics out there who can come over and do the welding bit for ya
