Hi all, fairly new to this so please be gentle
Currently replacing the brake lines on my 90 hardtop, which has one of those G valves fitted to the right hand bulkhead bracket... I opened it up to clean it out & found a roll pin in there as well as the seal. Is this right?? Anybody got any experience with these things?

Thanks in advance

Yep that's correct, basically it's
Designed so that when you slam the brakes on the ball rolls up the slope of the valve and cuts off the back brakes to stop you spinning.

They rarely fail but are often connected up the wrong way round.

Right ok cheers! It just threw me when the little pin was in there... managed to find a seal provider who will do me X6 for £30.00 better than £100+ for a new unit.
