Hi

Thought I'd unwrap my new stainless exhaust I had received from
Craddick the other day . And looks like they have sent the wrong one
How disappointed am I .
Was supposed to be a complete system but seems to be just the centre box pipe and tail box . Not even the same shapes so God only knows what it's for

well i spoke to a most helpful lady at Paddocks today and the wrongly delivered exhaust has already been picked up... within 2 hours of phoning them,, and the right one (hopefully) is winging its way to me already..

if this goes to plan ill eat me hat,, lol but so far so good

What make is it?

I bought a Double S one for my 300TDi 90 but was so disappointed I sent it back and got a refund. The bend in the downpipe was almost flat and the CSA was only half that of the genuine system it replaced. When I queried it with Double S (who had supplied an excellent system for my 2.5NA D) they just said that they were all like that.

I hope mine isn't like this as it is also a double ss system . Time will tell

well what can i say.

received the replacement exhaust just now, so thats less that 24 hours from phoning them..

having inspected it this time it looks well made and thankfully no flat pipes anywhere all nice even bends.

so a big thumbs up from me to Paddocks..

What engine?

When I bought my Double S system (a few years ago now) they used the same (small) diameter pipe for both the 2.5NA D and 300TDi systems whereas original the systems used two very different diameters.
Needless to say that I stuck with genuine until I identified a maker of SS systems that used the correct diameter pipe for the 300TDi.
