53 plate D2 TD5 auto ..... NO CRANKING

MY D2 decided to show up the S & M lights just after it had been driven, parked then 10 minutes later went to move it, dead. Ignition lights come up, self test and extinguish followed by flashing S & M lights.
Having read up on here,
Changed battery due to only 12.3v on attempt to crank, but dead.
Lights have gone, still dead cranking.
Clicking relay under bonnet,
New starter, but still no cranking.
Swapped relays about, no different still clicks.
Gear indicator changes on dash with relevant gear lever position.
I’m £300+ Down the road and no change to my dead TD5.

Unplug the small lucar connector from the starter solenoid and measure on it if you get voltage on crank... before that check fusible link FL12 just to make sure, if no voltage we'll speak then

Boom, looks like I popped F13 at some time. Everything was metered last weekend by a local LR specialist so it’s happened since my original trouble.
