5 year old diesel?

Hello,

A neighbor has offered me a drum of 5 year old fuel (about 5 gallons) for nothing. Will it be safe to use in my N/A?

Probably not Paint yer fence wiv it or use it for soaking seized parts and it'll be fine.

if its been in a metal container orange coluor probably rust i wouldnt put it in me moter and if i did id fill me tank up 3/4s wi new n top up wi the old

Keep it for stuff though.

It will be good for cleaning things, and if you ever get a tdi you can clean the intercooler out with it etc.
