I did 1500ish miles in a week travelling to and around northern Scotland. Nowt broke and only filled it with fuel 3 times. Try that in a tratter.

i went from Kent to Basingstoke and only used 1 gallon of petrol - and that was in a series3!

TBH,
Now just bought my 4th Freelander (agreed all TD4's) never had a problem with any of them.
I used to run 3 of them as promo cars for a local radio station without any problems at all. One clocked up near 90k in 3yrs without needing more than general wear and tear repairs.
Liked them so much now just got one as a personal motor !
